Compass Datacenters has purchased the land for its first campus in Toronto, a C$100 million ($71 million) project located in Etobicoke.
Featuring diverse fiber routes, the new campus will be supported by multiple fiber providers. The first building will support 27 megawatts of critical IT load with the first 10 megawatts scheduled for completion in third quarter of this year.

The campus is located 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) from 151 Front St., Canada’s largest carrier hotel.
