Compass Capital Management has named Phil Stern as president, according to a LinkedIn post on Feb. 12.
Stern served as COO at Compass for eight years before this promotion. Before joining Compass, he was director of alternative investments sales desk manager at Merrill Lynch for nine years.
Compass Capital Management is a wealth management firm that provides financial planning and investment services. It currently has more than $2 billion in total assets under management.
