Commerz Real names new global head of office

Commerz Real has named Jens Böhnlein as head of management for the office and industrial division.

He is responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio of Commerz Real, which has a value of around €7 billion ($8.1 billion). Before joining Commerz Real, he was global head office solutions and designs at the CA Immo AG since 2017, and prior to that he had been employed in a number of management positions at Cushman & Wakefield.

Susanne Bonfig, the head of the division to date, is moving to the digital unit Digitalwerk, where she will be responsible for all aspects of strategy related to digital real estate asset management for all Commerz Real usage types.
