Colony NorthStar has held a $1.4 billion first close of its global real estate digital infrastructure fund. The fund will invest in digital infrastructure, which includes data centers and cell towers.
The close was announced in the company’s earnings call.
As part of the closing, the firm will transfer its recently acquired interest in ATP, Andean Tower Partners, a South American centric cell tower company, to the fund.
