Colliers makes two senior leadership appointments to further capitalize on Asia’s growth opportunities

Colliers has announced the appointments of Abhishek Bajpai as managing director, occupier services | Asia and Michael Bowens as head of industrial | Asia.

Based in Singapore, both Bajpai and Bowens are industry experts who have been driving exceptional results across Colliers. Both senior leaders will be leveraging their experience and the growth opportunities across the region to further develop Colliers’ business, working closely with Sam Harvey-Jones to execute the firm’s recently launched Enterprise ’25 Growth Strategy in Asia Pacific.

Bajpai will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Colliers’ occupier services business across Asia, in close partnership with his counterparts in Australia and New Zealand, by focusing on building scale across the region. He will also collaborate closely with Colliers’ global heads of occupier services to harness new client opportunities and deliver innovative services while expanding client relationship
