Citymark Capital has closed its 19th investment — Hayden Martinez, formerly Haven Martinez, a 108-unit property located in the Greater San Francisco metropolitan area.
The location of Hayden Martinez in the East Bay offers easy access to all the Bay Area’s major employment centers, such as Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Oakland, and the Tri-Valley.
