1 Park Row Development, LLC, an entity of Circle F Capital, has plans to construct a 23-story mixed-use building in Lower Manhattan/Financial District located at 1 Park Row.
Recently, Parkview Financial provided a $90 million construction loan.
The class A, 103,000-square-foot property will comprise 64,000 square feet of residential condominiums totaling 58 units, with 19,000 square feet of commercial office, retail condos, and amenity areas. Demolition is now under way on an existing six-story office building, and project completion is anticipated for April 2023.
The average residential condo is 1,160 square feet with a unit mix of 37 one-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units.
