CIM Group has added Michael Turner to its infrastructure team as the firm seeks to expand its investment platform in this burgeoning asset class.
“CIM Group has long focused on finding solutions to meet the needs of communities through its robust infrastructure platform, including digital infrastructure, renewable energy, transportation, social infrastructure, and waste and water management,” said Jennifer Gandin, co-head of CIM Group’s infrastructure investments team. “We believe there are tremendous opportunities in North America, and we will continue to invest in infrastructure projects to support the growth of communities as we have for the last 17 years.”
Turner, who will become managing director, investments, brings 16 years of experience working in all aspects of infrastructure investing, including a strong background in transportation and logistics.
