CIM Group has sold Lennox at West Village, a 159-unit apartment community set on a 6.49-acre property with 249 parking spaces that was acquired in 2013.
The financial terms were not disclosed.
Located at 3700 Cole Ave. in the West Village neighborhood of Uptown Dallas, the community offers contemporary residences designed as studio to three-bedroom floorplans. Built in 2001, Lennox at West Village’s four-story building surrounds a center courtyard that features a resort-style pool with barbeque area and lounge space. Residents also enjoy an indoor gathering area, the Metropolitan Lounge, coffee bar, fitness center and on-site dog park.
Lennox at West Village is located near the employment centers of downtown and Uptown Dallas and easy access to a DART Rail station.
