CIM Group has announced that it has signed a long-term lease with Little Big Hospitality for 45,000 square feet at its Panorama office and retail complex in Brooklyn. The 50 Columbia Heights building will house the first location of The Beginning Clubhouse, a new concept offering a family-centric membership club with spaces, programming and amenities for parents and children.
The Beginning Clubhouse will offer curated activities and services for children, including supervised childcare on dedicated floors with play areas, game rooms and organized classes. Adults will have access to comfortable workspaces including meeting rooms and a quiet library, as well as a fitness center, spa and more.
Members will have access to a variety of entertainment options as well as dining at The Beginning Clubhouse. The Beginning Clubhouse will also offer a café and lounge on the fourth floor. The Beginning Clubhouse is anticipated to open in summer 2026.
