CIM Group has completed the construction of 111 Montgomery, the first newly built, full-service luxury condominium in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood. 111 Montgomery has officially commenced unit closings and has been welcoming the first residents to the 12-story, 163-unit building, which offers an array of floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. 111 Montgomery is located in a culturally rich neighborhood, adjacent to the 52-acre Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park, also known for its scenic gardens, as well as the nearby Brooklyn Museum. The building draws inspiration from these natural environments and provides an indoor/outdoor living experience with many units having private balconies or terraces as well as a rooftop featuring a fully landscaped terrace with grills, tables, benches, and open-air lounges with views of the Manhattan skyline.
