Christina Development Corp. welcomes new additions to its development team

Christina Development Corp. has made several new hires.

Larry Kruger, Jim Reynard and Charlotte Larson, all formerly of Micropolitan, are joining Christina Development as the company ramps up its development projects in the highest profile areas of the Westside region of Los Angeles.

Kruger, managing director of development, brings decades of development experience and industry leadership with him to Christina Development. Kruger has developed more than 2,000 units of multifamily housing and 10,000 residences throughout the United States.

Reynard, director of construction, contributes more than 30 years of professional experience in construction and development to the team. Reynard has built more than 3,000 units in his career, with success in multifamily and podium mixed-use products as well as other commercial construction.

Larson, contract manager, has successfully demonstrated more than 20 years in diverse real estate roles including development, construction, HOA management, asset management and closing protocol.
