China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. and Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co. have formed a joint venture to develop Majestic Mansion, a large-scale high-end commercial complex.
The Majestic Mansion is located in the 2.2 square-kilometer (.85 square-mile) Wenzhou Binjiang central business district. The project has already signed up several financial organizations across southern Zhejiang province who have agreed to set up operations here. Along with meeting and exhibition resources that will become available through the project’s Urban Balcony, Civic Center and International Convention and Exhibition Center, Majestic Mansion will further enhance the advantages of the district. The 600,000-square-meter (6.5 million-square-foot) facility will be comprised of a large-scale waterfront lifestyle complex and a grand residence for Wenzhou’s high-net-worth individuals.
