by Andrea Zander

A joint venture of Riverside Investment & Development and Wanxiang America Real Estate has hired real estate services firm JLL to market its 49 percent stake in 1.2 million-square-foot tower at 150 N. Riverside Plaza in Chicago, according to Real Estate Alert.

The sales price of the 53-story tower is estimated at $900 million, or around $750 per square foot, making it one of the priciest downtown office properties in the city’s history.
