Andrew Kelsen has been named interim CIO of the $13.1 billion Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund.
According to his LinkedIn page, he previously served as portfolio manager, alternative investments for the pension fund since 2014. Prior to that, Kelsen was the CIO at Kelsen & Associates, an alternative investment solution provider.
He also held various senior roles at Torshen Capital Management, Odiorne Group and Gray & Co.
