Chevron Corp. to sell 92-acre HQ Campus in San Francisco Bay Area

by Andrea Zander

Chevron Corp. plans to sell its 92-acre headquarters campus, Chevron Park, located in the San Francisco Bay Area city of San Ramon.

The sale is part of the firm’s efforts to downside and to relocate to Texas. Employees will have the option of moving to Irving, Texas, which will be the firm’s largest office.

“The current real estate market provides the opportunity to right-size our office space to meet the requirements of our headquarters-based employee population,” Chevron said in a statement.

It will lease new office space in San Ramon.
