Charter Hall has sold Orica House, one of Australia’s first skyscrapers, according to Australian media outlets.
The sales price was A$155 million ($98 million). Harry Stamoulis was the buyer.
The 19-story office is located at 1 Nicholson St. in East Melbourne.
