J.P. Morgan has appointed Chad Tredway as global head of real estate. In this role, he will manage real estate operations across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to serving as managing director at the firm for more than a year, Tredway was managing principal and founder at Trio Investment Group for nearly four years. He spent more than 13 years at J.P. Morgan before Trio, where he served in many roles including group head and managing director of real estate banking.
Tredway has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
