Centurion Property Group has acquired Arba San Marcos, a 240-unit student housing community serving Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
The property is located in San Marcos, between the major metropolitan areas of Austin and San Antonio along the Interstate 35 corridor. This location provides residents with access to Texas State University, regional employment opportunities, shopping centers and major transportation infrastructure connecting two of Texas’s largest cities.
Arba San Marcos was built in 2014 and features 748 beds across 240 units in a mix of two-bedroom/two-bathroom, three-bedroom/three-bathroom and four-bedroom/four-bathroom floor plans.
JLL’s National Student Housing team represented the seller, Palatine Capital Partners.
