CenterSquare acquires Wynne Farms Townhome Community in Indianapolis

CenterSquare announced the recent acquisition of Wynne Farms, a 50-unit build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community located in Brownsburg, Ind., approximately 11 miles west of downtown Indianapolis. The Property is comprised of 50 two-story townhome units, each averaging more than 1,750 square feet of living space. Wynne Farms is in a suburban neighborhood with high median incomes and is located near public schools and employment nodes.

Wynne Farms unit interiors include three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom floor plans and luxury amenities including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring and Ring doorbell and security systems. Homes also feature attached two-car garages and two driveway spaces. Wynne Farms is currently under construction and deliveries are scheduled to occur from September 2023 through February 2024.
