by Denise Moose

CenterSquare announced the acquisition of Glendale Northwest Center, a 16,706-square-foot, two-building essential service retail (ESR) shopping center in Glendale, Ariz. The property is in an established retail node off the Loop 101 Highway within the Arrowhead submarket. The shopping center is shadow-anchored by Walmart and Sam’s Club, with a Costco immediately to the south.

The shopping center is 100 percent occupied by national tenants, including One Stop Nutrition, First Watch, and Inchin’s Bamboo Grill, in addition to several long-term local tenants.
