CenterSquare acquires Charlotte-based essential-service retail property

by RELEASED

CenterSquare announced the acquisition of Gold Hill Commerce Park, an 11,835-square-foot essential-service retail property in Charlotte, N.C. This high-quality asset is strategically positioned near a major highway intersection (Interstate 77). The property is situated at a signalized corner with visibility to Gold Hill Road, which receives 35,000 vehicles per day.

The property is currently 100 percent occupied by a balanced lineup of national and regional tenants such as Marco’s Pizza, Urgent Vet, Select Physical Therapy and Allen Tate Realty. This investment aligns with CenterSquare’s strategy to target unanchored, high-quality essential-service retail centers in strong demographic submarkets.
