CenterPoint Properties has appointed Rives Nolen to senior vice president, investments. Rives is based in CenterPoint’s Houston office and leads its central region acquisitions and dispositions.
Before coming to CenterPoint, Rives spent nearly two decades at InSite Realty Partners. He most recently was InSite’s senior vice president, development & leasing, focusing on industrial development, build-to-suit developments, and leasing. He is a developer associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee.
