CDPQ and EQT Infrastructure V have co-invested in Paris-based elderly care provider Colisée.
Colisée operates more than 270 nursing home facilities and home-care-services agencies, mainly in France, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
The acquisition comes following discussions with Colisée that began in 2019 as part of CDPQ’s enhanced infrastructure investment strategy in Europe.
