Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L Infrastructure) has acquired a majority interest in Landmark Student Transportation.
Landmark provides essential student transportation services to local school districts and private educational institutions throughout rural and suburban markets in Canada and the United States.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
