Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L Infrastructure) and Régime de rentes du Mouvement Desjardins, represented by Desjardins Global Asset Management, have acquired a majority interest in the Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The sellers were ACS Infrastructure Canada (ACS), Fluor Canada and Acciona Concesiones, which will each retain a minority equity interest in the project after the transaction. In addition, an O&M company formed by ACS and Fluor will provide operations and maintenance service to the project going forward.
