CBRE Investment Management welcomes Zeke Patterson as portfolio management director for U.S. value-add fund series.
Zeke Patterson has joined CBRE Investment Management as a director in portfolio management for the company’s U.S. closed-end enhanced return series.
In his role with the CBRE U.S. Strategic Partners Value-Add fund series, Patterson will help drive investment performance with responsibilities in portfolio management, capital deployment, and strategic fund construction.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Patterson served as vice president at L&B Realty Advisors, where he managed the separate account for a foreign private-equity client. Prior to that, he held the position of associate vice president at Colliers International with a focus on industrial, office and medical real estate. Patterson launched his career as a broker at Colliers, winning the Rookie of the Year Award.
