CBRE Investment Management announced that the firm is evolving the leadership model in its EMEA direct real estate business.
Under the enhanced structure, Rik Eertink will assume the role of president and CIO of EMEA direct real estate, after serving as president of EMEA direct real estate for the past five years.
“This evolved model leverages the strengths of our platform and positions us to enhance investment performance for our clients,” said Adam Gallistel, co-CEO and CIO of CBRE IM.
As part of this new structure, Eertink will be supported by four senior EMEA direct real estate leaders who will take on broadened responsibilities: Hannah Marshall, Bas Tiemstra, Jan-Willem Bastijn and Niels Kokkeel.
