CBRE IM to acquire five-asset multifamily portfolio in Germany

CBRE Investment Management has exchanged contracts to acquire a residential portfolio of five multifamily assets in Germany, on behalf of several investor solutions sponsored by the firm. The vendor is Vonovia.

The entire residential portfolio, all newly built or to be delivered in the next few months, consists of 1,350 apartments spanning five buildings: two in Berlin, two in Munich and one in Frankfurt. The assets are centrally located, well-connected with public transport and close to local amenities.
