CBRE Global Investors welcomes Mary Lang to focus on logistics

Mary Lang has joined CBRE Global Investors as a portfolio manager to focus exclusively on the firm’s U.S. logistics investment strategies, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience.  Lang will be based out of the firm’s New York City office.

Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, she was a senior vice president for Strategic Real Estate Initiatives at Prologis Inc., where she led the global data center business. In her former role, she launched a global data center conversion strategy, formed a development joint venture to expedite conversion of logistics assets, and developed relationships with hyperscale cloud providers for build-to-suit greenfield campus locations. Lang also led the Americas disposition platform, having completed more than $6.75 billion of industrial, retail, office, development and land sales in over 375 individual transactions, and served part time on the Global Investment Committee.
