CBRE has reaffirmed its commitment to Greater China, opening a full suite office in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province. Zhengzhou has been selected by CBRE as its latest site and the second office in Central China due to its diverse economic opportunities and maturing commercial real estate market.
As one of the National Central Cities in China, Zhengzhou plays an increasingly important role in the rise of Central China market. Initially, CBRE will focus its expertise on the rapidly developing retail, office, logistics, and investment opportunities in Zhengzhou.
