CBRE has appointed Neil Bear-Hetherington as director, data centers, capital markets, Asia Pacific (APAC).
Bear-Heatherington joins the APAC platform from CBRE’s data centers team in Europe, where he advised investors, leading hyperscalers, financial institutions, life sciences, and quantitative trading firms on data center acquisitions, colocation strategy, leasing, self-build planning, and sale and leaseback transactions.
He brings extensive experience executing data center transactions across global markets, including the United Kingdom, France, Nordics, Belgium, Romania, South Africa, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Japan and Saudi Arabia.
Based in Singapore, Bear-Hetherington will advise data center developers, operators, and investors across APAC on investment transactions, capital formation, debt issuance, and land strategies. He will work closely with CBRE’s capital advisory, leasing and colocation teams to deliver integrated advice across the firm
