Dermot Scanlon, an infrastructure planning and consents specialist, has joined Carter Jonas as a partner on its infrastructure and energy team. He will be based out of the firm’s Birmingham office.
Scanlon brings more than 30 years of experience in delivering infrastructure projects across the transport, energy, water resources, waste and development sectors.
Scanlon comes from Stantec, formerly known as Peter Brett Associates, where he led the infrastructure planning team. In recent years, he has worked with the public and private sectors on the consent and delivery of some of the largest infrastructure projects of their kind in the United States.
