CapMan Infra has invested in Dutch IT infrastructure provider Serverius, representing its first investment in a planned data center platform providing Europe-wide connectivity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Serverius has three operating data centers in the Netherlands, with a total of 8 megawatts of available power and advanced in-house technical IT infrastructure expertise. The company also offers additional IT infrastructure services, such as one of the largest Dutch IP networks and interconnectivity from the third-largest Dutch internet exchange SpeedIX.
Serverius plans to expand into the Nordic countries by utilizing CapMan Infra’s local market knowledge. The company will focus on optimizing energy usage, increasing the use of renewable energy, and establishing high operating standards for its operations and value chain.
