CapMan Nordic Real Estate III Fund plans to acquire a portfolio of three office and mixed-use buildings in Vastberga, Sweden. Stockholm company Waso Fastigheter is the seller.
Vastberga is the most centrally located industrial area in Stockholm. The properties are situated next to the E4 motorway and close to public transportation. The portfolio includes one office building and two mixed-use office and warehouse buildings that offer more than 30,000 square meters (322,917 square feet) of leasable space, of which 30 percent is vacant.
“This portfolio is a great addition to our growing third value-add fund,” said Anna Reuterskiold, partner and head of CapMan Real Estate Sweden. “Following our planned updates, the properties will provide a welcomed addition of high-quality office and warehouse space in the area.”
