CapitaLand is in talks to develop 3 million square feet of warehouse space in Sohna, near Gurugram, Haryana, southwest of New Delhi in northern India, reported The Economic Times.
The company may partner with Mayar Group, which owns a 100-acre land parcel in Sohna. It would be a joint venture where CapitaLand develops and leases the space.
