CapitaLand Investments has named Simon Treacy as CEO of private-equity real estate.
Previously, he held positions at both Howard Hughes Corp. and BlackRock. Treacy was also a co-founder and for 10 years served as global CEO of Macquarie Global Property Advisors (MGPA), before BlackRock took over the private-equity firm in 2013.
