CapitaLand India Trust signs long-term agreement with global hyperscaler

CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) has signed a long-term agreement with a global hyperscaler for one of CLINT’s data centers under development.

CLINT is developing four state-of-the-art facilities in the key data center corridors of India: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. As of second quarter 2023, construction of the data centers in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad had commenced, according to CLINT’s website. When fully developed, the four data centers will deliver a total power capacity of 244 megawatts.

The data centers adopt sustainable design principles and green building standards, including features such as intelligent energy management systems, solar panels and highly efficient cooling systems.
