CapitaLand Group has appointed Kevin Goh as its CEO for its lodging business.
He is concurrently the CEO of The Ascott, a role he has held since Dec. 1, 2016, where he oversaw operational aspects of the serviced residence business and new growth opportunities. Prior to this, Goh was Ascott’s managing director for North Asia since 2013, responsible for Ascott’s investments and operations in China, Japan and Korea.
Goh joined Ascott China in 2007, and he was based in China for more than 10 years. During his stay in China, Goh took on various leadership positions such as regional general manager for South & East China, vice president for asset management and vice president for corporate services.
Prior to joining Ascott, Goh was with Accenture, one of Fortune 500’s largest global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies. Throughout his seven-year career with Accenture, he worked on various systems implementation projects in the
