Last week, Institutional Real Estate, Inc. held its Annual Sponsor Briefing in New York City, where its Annual Global Investor Survey’s initial findings were released to an exclusive audience.
The survey is conducted in conjunction with Kingsley Associates and is in its 24th year.
Nearly 200 respondents participated in the survey, capturing the sentiment for real estate asset allocation from institutional investors throughout the globe, ranging from the United States and South America, to Europe and Asia. The findings are quite consistent with 2019’s Survey, though not identical by any means.
