London-based Canada Life Investments has completed a £180 million ($224 million) fixed-rate loan for a private client, Property Funds Worldreports.
The 15-year loan facility is secured against a highly diversified mixed-use Central London property portfolio at a sub-50 percent LTV.
Canada Life Investments manages more than £37 billion ($46 billion) in fixed income, equities and property funds within the United Kingdom, as well as a comprehensive range of multi-asset funds.
