CalTier, a platform dedicated to increasing accessibility to real estate investments, has announced a launch of its Series B round of funding. With more than 32,000 registered users, CalTier is planning to increase this number to 500,000 and build a real estate portfolio of $7 billion of assets under management.
"This is a pivotal step as we look to accelerate the company's growth over the next 24 months," said Parker Smith, COO of CalTier, in a statement. "We believe this is the opportune time to further establish our position as one of the market's leading real estate and alternative investment platforms."
CalTier aims to simplify real estate investing for both accredited and non-accredited retail investors. With this platform, assets that have been traditionally invested in by institutions and high-net worth individuals can now be accessed by everyday investors.
