Calmwater Capital to open office in Seattle

Calmwater Capital, a national direct real estate lender, is opening a new office in Seattle in an effort to expand existing service throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Calmwater opened its second office and first East Coast location in the greater New York metro area in September 2018.

Eric Jordan, vice president of originations, has relocated from the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles in order to head the new site. Jordan is primarily responsible for West Coast loan origination, underwriting and execution, and also assists with fund development at Calmwater Capital.
