Brookfield Asset Management is seeking to sell Peak Infrastructure, a company specializing in the operation and maintenance of India’s highways, according to The Economic Times.
The sale was valued at Rs 8,700 crore ($1.2 billion), including debt.
Peak’s portfolio includes up to 2,427 lane kilometers (1,508 miles) of National Highway and 103 toll booth operations, according to the company’s website. Peak Infrastructure owns five road assets.
