P3 Logistic Parks (P3) has appointed Simon Carter as CEO. He succeeds Frank Pörschke, who will remain CEO until Carter joins P3 within the next 12 months, at which point the two will work closely with management for a handover period to ensure business continuity and operational stability.
Most recently, Carter served as CEO at British Land. He was appointed to this role in November 2020 and served as CFO from 2018. Prior to this, Carter was CFO at Logicor, an owner and operator of European logistics real estate.
