Bridge Investment Group Partners has launched ROC Debt Strategies Fund II, according to a filing with the SEC.
The real estate debt fund is seeking to raise $500 million and is expected to follow a similar strategy to that of its predecessor, ROC Debt Strategies Fund, which had a $400 million final close.
ROC Debt Strategies Fundinvests in first mortgage and mezzanine loans on multifamily, office and senior living assets. In December 2015, the fund closed on Freddie Mac K-F12, a $104 million CRE-backed debt investment in a Freddie Mac multifamily securitized loan pool.
