Bridge Development plans 1.9msf Seattle industrial park

Bridge Development Partners has acquired 117 acres in Milton, Wash., to be the future site of Bridge Point I-5 Seattle — a four-building, 1.9 million-square-foot state-of-the-art industrial park, which marks the largest project in the Seattle region for Bridge to date.

The site sits three miles from the Port of Tacoma, the region’s largest and most active seaport, and allows for direct access to the port via Highway 99. Prior to Bridge’s acquisition, the private seller operated a grading and mining business onsite for almost 30 years.

Bridge will deliver Bridge Point I-5 Seattle in two phases. Phase I, consisting of the 1.02 million-square-foot cross-dock facility, will be delivered in first quarter 2023. Phase II, encompassing three single-load buildings totaling 921,270 square feet, will be delivered in 2024.
