BrickVest launches second Employee Participation Fund

London investment firm BrickVest has launched its second Employee Participation Fund (EPF) in partnership with Beos, a German commercial property specialist.

EPF is a co-investment vehicle that offers BEOS employees the opportunity to invest in their employer’s existing real estate deals alongside institutional investors through BrickVest’s pan-European platform.

Managed by BrickVest, the fund had €5 million ($5.5 million) in assets at launch. The underlying asset, a €300 million ($332 million) higher-yielding real estate portfolio, is managed by Beos.
