Bradda Capital completes nine transactions for real estate funds

U.K.-based Bradda Capital has acquired four industrial and office properties in the United Kingdom for a total of £16.7 million ($23 million) on behalf of its second real estate fund, and sold five assets from its first real estate fund for more than £16 million ($22 million).

The second fund launched in 2020 with £30 million ($41 million) in seed funding and is seeking to raise £150 million ($207 million) in capital commitments. The four acquired properties include a 44,750-square-foot warehouse at Gemini Business Park, a new 28,017-square-foot warehouse at Clyde Gateway East Business Park, a newly refurbished 51,800-square-foot warehouse at Princes Park, and a new 21,624-square-foot office building at Longbridge Technology Park.

“The four properties we have acquired are high-quality, low-depreciating investments with very secure income and better-than-average rental growth prospects, which we secured at net initial yields of more than 6 percent,” said David P
