Bowmark Capital, a private equity investment firm specializing in growth companies valued at up to £300 million ($375 million) has sold ASK4, a provider of in-building internet connectivity, to GI Partners.
This represents GI’s first data infrastructure investment in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ASK4 provides managed internet, IT and IoT services for multitenant buildings in 12 European countries, representing more than 320,000 customers, according to international investment bank DC Advisory, which advised Bowmark Capital on the sale.
DC Advisory launched a competitive bidding process for ASK4 and scanned a wide field of bidders from trade, private equity and Infrastructure, ultimately landing on GI Partners.
